IKIGAI is built on decades of hands-on experience in the tech industry. I'm Danny Kovatch (AKA Danko...:-), and for nearly 20 years I've served as an international trainer (CST) with Scrum Alliance, delivering courses around the globe who has certified around 27,000 students

He is clear on what parts are theory vs what are the practical realities Product Owners will face in the workplace. This CSPO workshop was amazing! The instructor (Danko) was lively, fun, and kept everyone interested throughout the whole session. Unlike most workshops that are just slides and talks, this one was full of group activities and interactive exercises. I absorbed complex Scrum concepts without even realizing I was learning. Whether you are a Wookiee struggling with user stories or a Padawan confused by backlog grooming, Danny has a Star Wars reference ready that somehow makes everything click. Honestly, I learned more about product ownership and the nuances of the Star Wars universe in two days than I ever thought possible. By the end of the course, I was fully aligned with my stakeholders, had a prioritized backlog, and was ready to rebel against waterfall with a lightsaber in one hand and a burn-down chart in the other. Highly recommend — unless you're on the dark side. Then please, stick with waterfall. May the Product be with you.
